A NewJeans global fan account with over 140,000 followers was recently found calling BLACKPINK Lisa’s “terrible” along with disrespectful emojis on Twitter, causing outrage among BLACKPINK fans.
This issue has reached Korean netizens. A post on the online community Pann titled “Isn’t NewJeans global fanbase crazy” has caught the attention.
The original poster wrote “NewJeans global fanbase with 140,000 followers insulted a senior group member, saying she’s disgusting. When Lisa’s fans protested, they even blocked Lisa’s fan accounts. NewJeans’ fandom seems to cause a lot of trouble.”
