HYBE: Will Protect NewJeans’ Mental Health & Meet Each Member’s Legal Representative
After the result for HYBE’s audit against ADOR was released, HYBE began to take legal actions against the agency.
After conducting an audit regarding ADOR and Min Hee-jin’s attempts to take over management rights on April 22, HYBE announced the result on April 25.
Accordingly, it was confirmed that ADOR was planning to usurp management rights and separate from HYBE using various means including meeting with investors and leaking confidential documents. As a result, HYBE will be filing a lawsuit against ADOR.
In terms of NewJeans – the sole artist under ADOR at the moment, HYBE stated, “We will do our best to take care of NewJeans members’ mental health and support their upcoming comeback.”
“We are also planning to meet with the members’ legal representative as soon as possible in order to discuss measures to protect them”, the agency also added.
