IVE member Rei has decided to temporarily halt her activities due to health concerns.

On April 11th, Starship Entertainment revealed that Rei visited the hospital due to abnormal symptoms in her condition, such as heart palpitations and difficulty breathing. The medical staff recommended that she undergo treatment and rest, prioritizing her health.

Starship Entertainment stated, “We have made the decision to temporarily suspend Rei’s activities for her health recovery. We apologize for causing sudden worry to our fans and kindly ask for your understanding of our decision.”

The agency emphasized that they will focus on providing the necessary support for Rei’s recovery, stating, “We will do our best to ensure that Rei can concentrate on her treatment and achieve stability.”

IVE has just released their first full-length album, “I’ve IVE,” on April 10th, and planned to start their promotions with the title track, “I Am.”
