Boy group individual brand reputation ranking in Dec 2023: No.1 Cha Eun-woo, No.2 Jungkook, No.3 Jimin

Astro’s Cha Eun-woo took first place in the boy group individual brand reputation ranking, followed by BTS’s Jungkook and BTS’s Jimin

The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute indexed 68,281,225 brand big data of 716 boy group members from November 16th, 2023 to December 16th, 2023 by measuring participation, media, communication and community indices. Compared to the big data of 79,023,431 in November, it decreased by 13.59%.

In first place, Astro’s Cha Eun-woo was analyzed to have a brand reputation index of 3,189,855 with the participation index of 994,784, media index of 524,758, communication index of 962,820, community index of 707,493. Compared to last November’s brand reputation index of 4,255,251, it fell by 25.04%.​​

In second place, BTS’s Jungkook was analyzed to have a brand reputation index of 2,940,286 with the participation index of 298,152, media index of 282,677, communication index of 1,078,013, community index of 1,281,444. Compared to last November’s brand reputation index of 6,195,765, it fell by 52.54%.​​

In third place, BTS’s Jimin was analyzed to have a brand reputation index of 2,748,418 with the participation index of 478,972, media index of 453,905, communication index of 922,900, community index of 892,641. Compared to last November’s brand reputation index of 4,518,744, it fell by 39.18%.​​

In fourth place, Wanna One’s Ong Seong-wu was analyzed to have a brand reputation index of 2,069,242 with the participation index of 588,829, media index of 445,663, communication index of 503,092, community index of 531,658. Compared to last November’s brand reputation index of 2,970,955, it fell by 30.35%.​​

In fifth place, BTS’s V was analyzed to have a brand reputation index of 1,860,136 with the participation index of 285,723, media index of 274,250, communication index of 665,892, community index of 634,271. Compared to last November’s brand reputation index of 3,151,677, it fell by 40.98%.​​

Director Koo Chang-hwan of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute said, “As a result of boy group members’ brand reputation analysis in December 2023, the brand Cha Eun-woo was analyzed as No.1. In the link analysis, the brand Cha Eun-woo was linked with ‘Handsome, warm, cool’, while in his keyword analysis, ‘A Good Day to Be a Dog, Park Gyu-young, Face Genius’ appeared the most. In the analysis of the positive/negative ratio, the positive ratio was analyzed as 86.24%. According to the detailed analysis, brand consumption decreased by 40.32%, brand issue decreased by 40.71%, brand communication increased by 32.28% and brand spread decreased by 27.46%.
