Honey Lee (Lee Ha-nee, 40 years old) finally became the mother of one child.
On June 21st, Saram Entertainment announced the news of Honey Lee’s childbirth.
The agency said, “Lee Ha-nee gave birth to a baby girl at a hospital in Seoul yesterday (June 20th)”, adding, “The mother and the child are both healthy. They are currently resting under the care and celebration of their family”.
They added, “Thank you for your close watch and warm support to Lee Ha-nee. Please give a lot of blessings and support to actress Lee Ha-nee, who has just welcomed a precious new life to her family, and the newborn baby.”
Earlier in December last year, Honey Lee tied the knot with her non-celebrity husband at a private wedding attended only by her family members. Later in January, a month after her marriage, she surprised the public by announcing that she had been pregnant for 5 months.
Taking a photoshoot last month, right before her due date, Honey Lee expressed, “I feel so sorry for actresses because they often have to hide their bellies during pregnancy. I’m really happy about my pregnancy. It gave me great energy so I wanted to share this joy with others.”
