“Happiness” is a new normal city thriller set in the new future. It tells the survival of people who were isolated in an apartment, a miniature version of the real society in which class discrimination occurs. The story will carefully depict cracks, horrors, desperate struggles for survival, and psychological warfare since people from different classes gather and get blocked in a city apartment because of a new infectious disease.

The released character posters of Yoon Sae-bom, Jung Yi-hyun, and Han Tae-seok focus on their eyes. However, the place called “my house” which should be a safe place now become a dangerous space. Before enjoying ordinary happiness, she has to face a crisis when the apartment is blocked due to the emergence of an unknown infectious disease. In addition to her sharp eyes while facing reality, the phrase “It’s not easy to enjoy happiness” gives a feel of her determination to regain the happiness that may not come back in this collapsed world.

The same happens for Jung Yi-hyun (Park Hyung-sik), who live together with Yoon Sae-bom due to an unexpected suggestion. Even in extreme confusion, he still struggles to protect people. Attention is focusing on whether Jung Yi-hyun will be able to protect his precious things and regain his normal daily life, just like the wish, “Whatever it is, we will go through safely”, written on the poster along with his intense eyes.

Han Tae-seok (Jo Woo-jin) ‘s eyes that are full of agonies also raised curiosity. The meaningful phrase “If you really want something, you won’t give up” also made fans become more excited about the drama. Han Tae-seok is on a mission to control the diseases. In fact, this person holds an untold story.

The production team of “Happiness” said, “This is a story about ordinary people who will face an extreme crisis. In the middle of fear and horror, the story will unfold how these people, in their respective positions, do their best to survive in an interesting way”.
