I apologize to all the broadcasting staff who had to endure a lot of inconvenience and damage, as well as to my precious customers who have always given affection and attention to me.“
She continued, “Despite the fact that I had to always look back on myself and think about returning the love I received, I ended up using expressions that I should never have done.“
She apologized again, “At first, I didn’t even realize it myself, but many people pointed out my mistake. I also watched the broadcast countless times and realized how big of a mistake I had made. I apologize again for the delay in even a sincere apology.“

She added, “From now on, I’ll live with a more responsible and humble attitude towards the hard work and love of everyone who has made me today for over 20 years. Thank you for reading this long post.“
Earlier in January, Jung Yoon Jung cursed “XX, I was going to go play” when she was unable to end the broadcast early even though all the products got sold out during a live home shopping broadcast.
