Not only ITZY Yuna and I’VE Yujin but many other stars will not take the College Entrance Exam this year
The 2022 CSAT is only 1 day away, but more 2003-born stars are heading to the practice room instead of the exam locations to focus on their “main job” in the entertainment industry.
According to a report on the entertainment industry on November 17th, former IZ*ONE member Yujin, who is about to debut in the rookie girl group I’VE next month, will not take the College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT) this year.
Yujin’s agency, Starship Entertainment, said, “Regarding the university entrance exam, I’VE Yujin, a candidate for the CSAT exam, finally decided not to take this year’s CSAT exam. After a long discussion, she made this decision to concentrate on her activities ahead of her debut at the moment.”
The company also added, “In the future, when she manages to spend time for her college life and express her opinion to do so, the decision of entering the college would be considered.”
In addition to Yujin, ITZY Yuna, CRAVITY Taeyoung and Seongmin, ENHYPEN Sunoo will also not take the CSAT.
CRAVITY’s agency explained, “We discussed with Taeyoung and Seongmin about their future careers and studying then finally came up with the decision of them not taking the CSAT.”
However, some stars are heading to the CSAT exam locations on November 18th.
Fromis_9 Baek Ji-heon, Ciipher Dohwan and WON, and GHOST9 Lee Woo-jin will take the CSAT. In addition, Rocket Punch So-hee, a senior student in the Department of Practical Music at Hanlim Arts High School, and ICHILLIN Chaerin, who is a student of Wondang High School in Incheon, is also preparing for the CSAT on the 18th.
