Girl group ILLIT spent special time with fans on their 100th day since debut
On July 3rd, ILLIT held a Weverse live broadcast.
During the broadcast, ILLIT celebrated with rice cakes and songs. They also announced that their official YouTube channel had received the “Gold Button” for surpassing 1 million subscribers, receiving enthusiastic congratulations from fans.
Through segments like “Keyword Talk” and real-time interactions in the comment section, ILLIT showcased their unique charms to global fans. The group expressed their disbelief at having already reached their 100th day since debut and thanked fans for their continuous support.
They shared, “We have built many experiences and memories over these 100 days. Performing on stage and talking with fans still feels like a dream and excites us.” They also promised to show even more impressive and mature performances in the future, hoping that fans would continue to stay with them.
ILLIT debuted on March 25th with their first mini-album “SUPER REAL ME”. The album achieved remarkable success and surprised the world.
The title track “Magnetic” entered the US Billboard Hot 100 at No.91 (April 20th) and the first mini-album “SUPER REAL ME” entered the Billboard 200 at No.93 (May 11th). ILLIT is the first K-pop group to have both their debut song and album enter Billboard’s two main charts.
In addition to Billboard, “Magnetic” also made it to the UK Official Singles Top 100, marking a new chapter in K-pop history. Furthermore, “Magnetic” surpassed 200 million cumulative streams on Spotify as of May 21st, setting a new record for the fastest K-pop girl group debut song to achieve this.
