Actor Kim Soo-hyun said he shed tears at the cinema after watching “Demon Slayer: Mugen Train”

Actor Kim Soo-hyun said he was moved to tears after watching the anime movie “Demon Slayer: Mugen Train”.

Recently, an interview video with Kim Soo-hyun, who recently returned with Coupang Play’s original series “One Ordinary Day”, was released on the Youtube channel “CinePlay”.

During the Q&A session, the production team asked Kim Soo-hyun, who is exceptionally good at emotional acting, “Do you usually cry a lot?”

Kim Soo-hyun then began to tell a story about his most recent crying moment.

Kim Soo-hyun said, ”There is this anime called “Demon Slayer: Mugen Train” which was shown at the cinema, and I cried watching it.”

“Demon Slayer: Mugen Train” is a Japanese animation movie about a deadly blood battle between a blood demon with unpredictable capabilities and demon slayers on an infinite train running through the dark.

Released in more than 70 countries in Asia, Europe and North America, starting with Japan in October last year, “Demon Slayer: Mugen Train” has gained huge fame worldwide. Since its release in January last year, the movie has attracted 2.15 million viewers.

Kim Soo-hyun continued to talk about his love for Japanese animation.

He shared, “Another series I’m into these days is ‘Yowamushi Pedal’. It’s an anime series about cycling.”

Kim Soo-hyun added, “I saw these two works and recently cried a little.”

Upon hearing this, the production team told Kim Soo-hyun that he seemed to be easily moved to tears. The actor explained that “Demon Slayer” and “Yowamushi Pedal” were great series.

Afterward, Kim Soo-hyun revealed that bicycling has been helping him relieve stress recently.

He expressed his affection towards sports by saying, “During winter, ski! During summer, bicycle! In all 4 seasons, bowling!”
