Former B.A.P member Himchan (33, Kim Himchan) admitted to the second charge of forced harassment.
Himchan admitted to all charges at the trial on charges of forced harassment held at the Seoul Western District Court on April 3rd.
Himchan was put on trial in September 2019 on charges of forcibly molesting a woman in her 20s who accompanied him at a pension in Namyangju, Gyeonggi in July 2018. After a long legal battle, he was sentenced to 10 months in prison and 40 hours of sexual violence treatment.
His forced harassment charges did not end here. In April last year, while the appeal trial of this case was in progress, he was on trial again for sexually harassing two women while drunk on the stairs outside a pub in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Himchan introduced himself in court, “I’m unemployed.” He also admitted to all charges through his legal representative.
Himchan is facing the third charge of forced harassment. He was arrested in court in the first case, but he appealed the second trial’s ruling to the Supreme Court.
