Actor Hyun Bin and actress Son Ye-jin held their wedding at 4 p.m on March 31st at the Aston House’s outdoor ceremony hall of Grand Walkerhill Hotel in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. The wedding was held privately and the couple only invited their parents and close acquaintances of both sides.
Broadcaster Park Kyung-rim hosted the wedding. Actor Jang Dong-gun, Hyun Bin’s best friend, made a congratulatory speech. Meanwhile, singers Gummy, Kim Bum-soo and Paul Kim sang at the wedding. In addition, actress Gong Hyo-jin, Son Ye-jin’s best friend, got the bridal bouquet.
Amidst the explosive atmosphere of the “Wedding of the Century”, Ji Seok-jin’s appearance in front of the wedding hall drew attention.
On April 1st, YTN Star reported that they met Ji Seok-jin in front of Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin’s wedding hall.
The media site said, “Comedian Ji Seok-jin and g.o.d’s Park Joon-hyung were the first people to face reporters who visited the Grand Walkerhill Hotel, where Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin’s wedding was held, from early in the morning. Several reporters thought the two were wedding guests so they immediately turned on their flashlights”.
However, Ji Seok-jin and Park Joong-hyung did not visit the site as wedding guests.
Regarding the situation at that time, YTN explained, “It has been confirmed that the two visited the hotel, where the wedding was held, to film tvN STORY’s new entertainment program ‘Anti-Ageym’”. It was just a coincidence. Ji Seok-jin said to the reporters, “I sincerely congratulate the two on their wedding”.
