Actor Song Joong-ki’s hot eyes have already made viewers’ hearts flutter.
On Oct 14th, JTBC’s new Friday-Saturday drama “Reborn Rich” released the teaser video “Let’s open a synopsis” that catches the eye with an overwhelming sense of immersion. Curiosity is amplified at the prelude to “Reborn Rich”, in which we can peep into the deep voices of Song Joong-ki, Lee Sung-min and Shin Hyun-bin.
“Reborn Rich” is based on a hit novel about a loyal employee, Yoon Hyun-woo (Song Joong-ki) who was framed and murdered by his employer, only to be reborn as their youngest son Jin Do-joon (Song Joong-ki), planning for revenge. Elaborate mystery and conspiracy, unimaginable succession battles and character play against the backdrop of the turbulent 80s raise expectations for the birth of a regression work on a whole new level. Writer Kim Tae-hee, who proved writing skills with “Designated Survivor: 60 Days” and “Sungkyunkwan Scandal”, and director Jung Dae-yoon, who showed delicate directing skills through “W – Two Worlds” and “She Was Pretty”, met. On top of that, the combination of actors Song Joong-ki, Lee Sung-min, Shin Hyun-bin and veteran actors makes drama fans more excited.
Meanwhile, the teaser video “Let’s open a synopsis” captures the dense reading of Song Joong-ki, Lee Sung-min and Shin Hyun-bin. Song Joong-ki makes a thrilling transformation as he goes back and forth between Yoon Hyun-woo, a loyal secretary of the conglomerate, and Jin Do-joon, the youngest son of the conglomerate. Yoon Hyun-woo is abandoned after being falsely accused despite being loyal to the Sunyang family, but he soon returns as Jin Do-joon, the youngest son of the Sunyang family, and tries to take over the Sunyang group using the future he already knows about. Lee Sung-min plays the head of the Sunyang group Jin Yang-chul, exuding an overwhelming atmosphere. Jin Yang-chul, who rose to the top of the business world after his poor childhood, prepares for the final battle with an endless craving for money and relentless cruelty. Shin Hyun-bin takes on the role of Seo Min-young, a prosecutor in the anti-corruption investigation department of the Seoul District Prosecutors Office. She is a persistent adventurer who crosses the border between evasion of the law and unlawfulness for the realization of justice, and has the nickname of “the Grim Reaper of the Sunyang family”.
Meanwhile, “Reborn Rich” will premiere at 10:30 PM on Nov 18th. As it is Song Joong-ki’s comeback work and it is broadcast 3 times a week on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, everyone’s attention is drawn to whether it will be successful.
