Yujeong leaves BB Girls “Operate as a three-member group”

BB Girls' Yujeong wraps up team activities

On April 22nd, BB Girls‘ new agency BB Girls Company announced, “BB Girls’ contract with Warner Music Korea has come to an end, and we have mutually agreed to terminate the exclusive contract. Afterward, BB Girls will begin new activities under ‘BB Girls Company’.

The news of Yujeong’s departure from the team was also shared. The agency stated, “After in-depth discussions, Yujeong has decided to conclude her activities as a member of BB Girls. The other members have also decided to respect Yujeong’s opinion. We sincerely thank Yujeong for her dedicated activities as a member of BB Girls for a long time and will continue to support her unwaveringly.”

BB Girls currently consists of members Minyoung, Eunji and Yuna. The agency emphasized, “We will spare no effort in providing full support for BB Girls to actively engage in various fields.

BB Girls debuted in the music industry in 2011 as Brave Girls. They gained stardom with the success of “Rollin'”, which was released in 2017. In 2023, they left their previous agency Brave Entertainment and joined Warner Music Korea. However, after just one year, they announced the termination of their exclusive contract with Warner Music Korea and revealed a new beginning under “BB Girls Company”.
