Rain and Kim Tae-hee made a profit of 3.2 billion won from the sale of their house.

According to Edaily on May 20th, Rain and Kim Tae-hee recently sold their house in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul for 8.5 billion won.

Rain and Kim Tae-hee bought the house for 5.3 billion won in 2016 and sold it for 8.5 billion won 6 years later, earning a profit of 3.2 billion won.

The Itaewon house sold by the two is known as the place where Rain and Kim Tae-hee lived until recently. It is located in a high-class residential area where you can see both Namsan and Han River.

Last year, the inside of the house was revealed on MBC’s entertainment show “Point of Omniscient Interfere”, drawing attention.
