Min Hee-jin Received Advice From Shaman About ADOR Management & BTS’s Military Service

It is known that ADOR’s CEO Min Hee-jin has been receiving advice from a shaman on company management matters

After filing a complaint against Min Hee-jin for breach of trust on April 25th, HYBE secured transcripts of conversations between the ADOR CEO and a shaman, known as a close friend she often contacts.

In particular, the shaman advised Min Hee-jin to take over the company after three years in their conversation back in 2021. The shaman said, “Using the excuse of a corporate merger, you’ll take over the label you established after exactly three years”. In fact, the time Min Hee-jin planned to take over the management rights coincides with the time mentioned by the shaman. Min Hee-jin also discussed the timing of selling HYBE stock with the shaman.

Moreover, Min Hee-jin asked for the shaman’s opinions on BTS’s military service issues. Min Hee-jin asked, “Will BTS enlist or not?”, and the shaman replied, “They will”. CEO Min continued, “I think it would be better for me if BTS go to the army. I think it would be beneficial for me to not have them here”.

The two’s misconducts related to the management activities, including leaking employee transfer information, leaking personal information of job applicants, etc., were also confirmed. The shaman forwarded the job application of a man called Park to Min Hee-jin’s through email to recruit Park. After the recruitment, CEO Min also consulted with the shaman about which position to assign to Park.

There’s also a part where Min Hee-jin and the shaman engaged in shamanic activities to target HYBE executives. When the shaman said they would send head-shaped rice cakes to Min Hee-jin’s house, the female CEO asked, “What would it help?”, and the shaman replied, “It helps you clear your mind”.

Apart from that, Min Hee-jin even disparaged HYBE executives and trainees. Regarding HYBE’s Chairman Bang Si-hyuk, she said, “He has no basic skills and is just copying”, and the shaman commented, “Learn that because copying does make money”. The shaman also suggested Min Hee-jin choose the name ADOR

According to the transcript, Min Hee-jin knew the shaman before 2017 and she has frequently received advice from the shaman. It was confirmed that M shamanic business, where the shaman is registered as an in-house director, once charged ADOR for expenses related to cleaning CEO Min’s personal studio.
