On March 16th, the tvN program “You Quiz on the Block” released a preview for its upcoming broadcast on the 22nd. The preview featured actor Lee Do Hyun, who has appeared in numerous popular works, including the recently-concluded “The Glory”.
Lee Do Hyun, who graduated from Chung-Ang University’s Department of Theatre and Film, was said to be good at basketball as well as being a department representative. However, in the video, Lee Do Hyun drew attention by saying, “My classmates probably didn’t like me.”
The actor also confessed that he once worked all night with his team and ended up winning first place. Hearing about Lee Do Hyun’s active college life, Yoo Jae Suk drew laughter by asking, “In short, you were very passionate?”
On the other hand, Lee Do Hyun also mentioned his fiercely competitive childhood.
“I’ve been working since I was a high school student,” the actor said, adding, “I delivered newspapers, worked at a braised short rib and brunch restaurant.”
He also expressed gratitude to his mother, saying, “At that time, my mother had three jobs. She slept for only about four hours. I felt very sorry, so I worked hard to help her as much as I could.”
Meanwhile, at the end of the video, a scene of Lee Do Hyun acting with Jo Se Ho, who is impersonating “The Glory” female lead Moon Dong Eun, was revealed. In this scene, Jo Se Ho rushes towards Lee Do Hyun, saying, “I wanted to see you“, and grabs the actor’s face.
Viewers are now curious whether the two will actually kiss, raising anticipation for the main broadcast.
Meanwhile, Lee Do Hyun’s appearance on “You Quiz on the Block” will air on March 22nd at 8:40 PM (KST).
