Kim Woo-bin, “Thank you for your love for ‘Our Blues’, Jung Jun exists thanks to ‘Han Ji-min’s sister’ Jung Eun-hye”
Actor Kim Woo-bin mentioned Jung Eun-hye, an actress with developmental disabilities who worked together with him in the drama “Our Blues.”
On the afternoon of July 18th, Kim Woo-bin joined an interview to talk about the first part of the movie “Alienoid” (directed by Choi Dong-hoon) at a cafe in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
The first part of “Alienoid” is a story that unfolds as the door of time opens between the Taoists who want to take over the legendary divine sword at the end of the Goryeo Dynasty and those who chase alien prisoners imprisoned in human bodies in 2022.
In the play, Kim Woo-bin played the role of a guard who manages the convoy of alien prisoners imprisoned in the human bodies.
Kim Woo-bin has first reunited with viewers through the entertainment show “Boss By chance 2” and the drama “Our Blues” before the movie “Alienoid.” He said, “’Our Blues’ have been greatly loved by many. I wish I could think of something nicer rather than just ‘thank you’. ‘Thank you’ is the biggest expression I can think of. I’m sorry that I can’t express my feelings more, but I’m grateful.”
“I was personally happy because I could show a different feeling from what I had shown before. Thank you for welcoming my new faces. That time remains a good memory because I was with good people on the set. I’m thankful that you like it. I can never monitor my acting comfortably because every time I monitor, I realize I’m still lacking a lot. If I get the chance to do it again, I can do better,” he added.
Kim Woo-bin mentioned Jung Eun-hye, an actress and writer who appeared as Han Ji-min’s older sister in “Our Blues.” Kim also claims to be an ambassador for “Your Face,” a movie about Jung Eun-hye. He said, “I contacted her yesterday too. I am careful to talk about Eun-hye. We were all excited for our first shoot with her. We were all ready to help her do well, and I was so grateful that she did well, overshadowing our intention.”
Kim Woo-bin said, “Because she existed as Young-hee in front of me, Jung Jun could exist. The time I spent with her was all healing. She’s very honest and good at expressing emotions. She thought about a lot of things and gave me a lot of happiness,” he said, expressing his affection.
Meanwhile, the first part of “Alienoid” will be released on July 20th.
