What BTS’s oldest member Jin said during the group’s Daesang speech a few years ago seemed to have touched the hearts of other idols.

Recently, an inspirational moment of BTS – the group that won the Daesang for Artist of the Year at the 2018 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) has resurfaced and made netizens emotional.

To get to the top position in Kpop, BTS had to go through many difficulties and pressures. The oldest member Jin opened up about how BTS used to think about disbanding, touching the emotions of many other artists.

Jin shared, “I still remember at the beginning of this year (2018), we went through a serious mental crisis. Even while chatting with each other, we even discussed the possibility of disbanding. It’s a blessing that we have been able to continue to work together and create great results. I want to thank the members who helped me find myself and of course all the ARMYs too.“

The topic of disbandment is something that no group or fan wants to talk about. But because of the heavy pressure, perhaps, this thought always exists in the minds of Kpop idols. That’s why when the word “disband” was mentioned, not only Jin but also V standing next to him burst into tears. Many other idols sitting in the stands also sobbed while listening to BTS’s speech because they found sympathy.
