This rookie took 1st place in January Star Brand Reputation ranking, surpassing even Song Hye Kyo, BLACKPINK, IU, and BTS
A rookie artist surpassed all the top stars and took first place in the star brand reputation this month.
According to the information announced on January 29th by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, in the rankings of January’s Star Brand Reputation, NewJeans was placed 1st, follow by BTS at 2nd, Lim Young Woong at 3rd, IU at 4th, BLACKPINK at 5th, Song Hye Kyo at 6th, and Yoo Jae Suk at 7th.
This is the result of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute’s analysis of 238,303,124 star brand big data from December 29th to January 29th.
Regarding the top 3 results this month, Koo Chang Hwan, director of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, said, “As a result of big data analysis of star brand reputation for January 2023, NewJeans’ brand ranked first. BTS’ brand continues to record impactful individual activities on various platforms, and Lim Young Woong’s brand is creating good influence based on a solid fandom community.”
NewJeans entered the US Billboard’s main chart ‘Hot 100’ with the title song ‘OMG’ and the b-side song ‘Ditto’ from the recently released single album ‘OMG’. NewJeans, which debuted in July of last year, set a new record of debuting on Billboard’s Hot 100 in only six months.
Top 30 in the January Star Brand Reputation ranking are NewJeans, BTS, Lim Young Woong, IU, BLACKPINK, Song Hye Kyo, Yoo Jae Suk, Song Joong Ki, Younha, Cha Eun Woo, Son Seok Koo, Lee Jong Suk, Son Heung Min, NCT, Lim Ji Yeon, Lee Chan Won, IVE , SEVETEEN, (G)I-DLE, Baek Jong Won, Twice, Kim Yuna, EXO, Lee Do Hyun, Super Junior, Big Bang, Lee Young Ji, Kim Min Jae, Kang Daniel, and Park Sung Hoon.
