According to documents related to corporate registration secured by TenAsia on January 3, EXO’s Baekhyun has established a company named “I&B100”.
It is known that Baekhyun serves as the representative director of the company and has completed the registration of internal directors as well. The company was founded on June 23 of last year, indicating that Baekhyun had practically set up the company even before facing contract issues with SM Entertainment in August.
Baekhyun reportedly has a unique vision and plan for operating “I&B100”. The corporate business of this company is diverse, including the usual production work done by entertainment companies, as well as management and investment consulting. This implies that whatever ideas Baekhyun, as a producer, comes up with, can be carried out through the company.
Industry insiders anticipate that concrete outlines for the business will emerge within 2024.
Regarding this, SM stated that their exclusive contracts with Baekhyun, Chen, and Xiumin are still valid, though they will work in cooperation with “I&B100”.
