Shim Hyung Tak, “Wife Saya looks like BTS Jungkook? She receives great interest from people around the world”
“Radio Star” Shim Hyung Tak told a story related to the fact that his wife Saya looks like BTS member Jungkook.
Shim Hyung Tak guested on the July 5th broadcast of MBC’s entertainment program “Radio Star” and said, “Saya had never come to Korea before she met me, but now she is so used to Korean food that she can’t finish a meal without soup.”
He continued, “She knows Korea better than I do. It was Saya who told me that the New York Confectionery has been removed from the Gangnam Station”, drawing laughter.
Shim Hyung Tak shared, “I’ve been doing Instagram for 10 years, and my account has around 100,000 followers now. However, Saya posted only 11 photos but she has already surpassed 88,000 followers.”
The actor confessed, “Saya tried not to use Instagram, but an impersonator appeared. The impersonator achieved 220,000 followers and even left comments on the posts of Saya’s acquaintances. That’s why Saya decided to start using Instagram”.
Shim Hyung Tak also told a story regarding the sharp increase in followers on Saya’s Instagram. He said, “BTS Jungkook really said that he saw pictures of my wife and agreed that my wife looked like him”, adding “Since then, she has received extraordinary attention and interest from people around the world.”
He continued, “Saya couldn’t sleep well at night after hearing people call her ‘Jungkook’s lookalike’. She really likes BTS, and her favorite member is Jungkook”, adding “Knowing that, I really wanted to copy Jungkook so I took a picture of me having a similar hairstyle”
