“Sad ending…?” A post regarding the ending of “The Glory” is quietly attracting attention (ft. “Mr. Sunshine”)
A post related to Netflix’s popular drama “The Glory” drew attention.
Recently, film critic Joo Sung Chul, former editor-in-chief of Cine21, uploaded a post referring to “The Glory” and tvN’s drama “Mr. Sunshine” on Instagram. Both “The Glory” and “Mr. Sunshine” are writer Kim Eun Sook’s works.
Critic Joo Sung Chul said, “In ‘Mr. Sunshine’, Ae Shin (Kim Tae Ri) said 3 words when the teacher asked her to talk about English words that she knew. Gun, glory and sad ending.“
He continued, “Glory was also the name of the hotel run by Kudo Hina (Kim Min Jung), whose goal is personal revenge.“
Critic Joo added, “In ‘The Glory’, writer Kim Eun Sook talks about the glory that the victim should regain. I hope it won’t have a sad ending.“

Part 2 will be released on March 10th. In Part 2, the revenge is expected to begin in earnest.
Writer Kim Eun Sook, who wrote “The Glory”, expressed strong confidence, “If you have watched Part 1, you will not be able to resist watching Part 2. Refreshing and heated details are concentrated in Part 2.“
Director Ahn Gil Ho, who was in charge of directing, also hinted, “The story of the fight between Dong Eun (Song Hye Kyo) and Yeon Jin (Lim Ji Yeon) will start in earnest. The punishments inflicted on the bullies will unfold dynamically and inseparably. All the pieces of the story will be recovered.“
