Mama Idols: Kahee Recalled Living In Bali For 5 Years And Revealed Plans For Dance Academy, Sunye Is Now Musical Actress
Kahee, a former member of the group After School, revealed her plan for a dance academy.
On March 11th, a video was posted on the YouTube channel ‘Oh Eun-young TV’ featuring the mama idols of KPOP, After School’s Kahee and Wonder Girls’ Sunye.
When asked about her recent situation, Kahee revealed, “I lived in Bali for about five years and raised my two children there, and we came back to Korea last year.”
Kahee said about her life in Bali, “It was such a grateful time. I used to enjoy surfing, so I went to Bali often. It was a place I really liked, and my husband also liked it. So I thought about going to Bali to live, and I thought about what to do afterwards, but I just wanted to do it. It was so good for the children, and my husband and I were becoming more mature as adults,” she said, recalling her life in Bali.
Sunye, a former member of the group Wonder Girls, also lived in Canada for 10 years. Sunye said, “Our place was in eastern Canada. It was a nearby area of Niagara Falls. It was a place with very few fans (who can recognize me). After living there quietly for more than 10 years, I moved back to Korea last year and have been working hard to raise three daughters,” she said. “After raising children for 10 years, I started my career again as a mamadol (mama idol) and now I am working in musicals.”
When asked about her plans, Kahee said, “I think I will become an educator. I will build such a facility that allows children and adults to start dancing to exercise. I am preparing to teach.”
Meanwhile, Kahee married a businessman in 2016 and has two sons. On the other hand, Sunye married a Korean-Canadian missionary in 2013 and has three daughters.
