Lee Jin Ho described the statement as a fake document with the reason that it did not follow the legal document form. However, this statement was actually written right at the time the relevant person gave the testimony with their confirmation and consent.”
They continued, “The prosecution said there was not enough evidence to prove Lee Jin Ho’s intention of slandering Goo Hye Sun, and we cannot accept it. If Lee Jin Ho had asked Goo Hye Sun about the facts or confirmed his position with her before uploading the gossip video about her private life, such unnecessary misunderstandings and slandering issues wouldn’t have occurred. The disclosure of this statement and details of how it was disclosed must be revealed. The revelation post on Nate Pann mentioned by Lee Jin Ho and the reason it was deleted should also be confirmed.”
Goo Hye Sun’s legal representative emphasized, “As sufficient investigations into these key matters were conducted, Goo Hye Sun has been falsely accused of forging and disclosing the statement. Goo Hye Sun has no reason to disclose the statement of a completed case, and she feels sorry for the friend who helped her write it. Goo Hye Sun plans to submit an appeal and request for a reinvestigation.”
Goo Hye Sun and Ahn Jae Hyun divorced last year. The prosecution said there was not enough evidence to prove Lee Jin Ho’s intention of slandering Goo Hye Sun, and we cannot accept it. First of all, Lee Jin Ho did not report or send any inquiry to Goo Hye Sun to check the facts. If Lee Jin Ho had asked Goo Hye Sun about the facts or confirmed his position with her before uploading the gossip video about her private life, such unnecessary misunderstandings and slandering issues wouldn’t have occurred.
