(G)I-DLE Miyeon reveals Jo Hyun Ah bought her this expensive thing when her debut fell through

Miyeon from (G)I-DLE learned to drink from Jo Hyun Ah. 

On June 3rd, Jo Hyun Ah and (G)I-DLE Miyeon appeared as guests on the 386th episode of JTBC’s “Knowing Brothers.”

Johyun particularly highlighted her friendship with Miyeon. She said, “Before my debut, we went to Canada together for a concert. I became friends with Miyeon after seeing her on stage and being captivated by her. Miyeon went to a haunted house without fear and was leading the way with a smile. Since then, I started following her.”

When asked how Miyeon attended a concert even before her debut, she replied, “I went to help with the concert as a guest vocalist. When my debut was uncertain and I had many worries about the future, Jo Hyun Ah always bought me expensive wine. I learned to drink from her. I don’t even know what kind of wine it was. It cost over one million won.”

Jo Hyun Ah explained, “I bought her very expensive wine. I wanted her to learn to drink with delicious wine. I wanted to give her only good things,” showing her affection for Miyeon.
