Netflix’s “The Glory” is gaining great popularity, ranking third in the Netflix Global Top 10 for TV series, non-English category, within 3 days of its release.
At the same time, cast members’ acting skills and excellent writing are receiving rave reviews, leading to rising expectations for the second season.
On December 31st, a video titled “The Glory Season 2 is like this?” was posted on the YouTube channel “Golbanggi”. In the video, YouTuber Golbanggi emphasized that there are a lot of interesting content related to “The Glory”.
The first detail is about Son Myeong Oh, who is presumed to have died in Season 1.
Previously, Moon Dong Eun (played by Song Hye Kyo) moved to Semyeong-si, where Park Yeon Jin (played by Lim Ji Yeon). She then threatened the chairman of a school in order to be appointed as the homeroom teacher for Yeon Jin’s daughter.
After paying back her previous homeroom teacher, Moon Dong Eun set her target on Son Myeong Oh, and took advantage of his desire. As a result, Son Myeong Oh used the information Dong Eun gave him to blackmail those who had ignored him, and was murdered right before he left for Vladivostok with the money.
His murderer, as hinted, may be a woman who wears green high heels.
According to “Golbanggi”, Park Yeon Jin seems likely to be the culprit, but Lee Sa Ra (Kim Hieora) also drew green high heels while high on drugs. It seems that Moon Dong Eun will take advantage of all their crimes.
The second detail was about the characters related to Park Yeon Jin.
The YouTuber said, “Yeon Jin gave birth to a daughter from an affair with Jeon Jae Joon (Park Sung Hoon) before marrying her husband. Yeon Jin is also a daughter born by Shin Young Joon (Lee Hae Young)’s affair with Yeon Jin’s mother.”
Finally, there are the roles of Ha Do Yeong (Jung Sung Il) and Ju Yeo Jeong (Lee Do Hyun)
Regarding Ha Do Yeong and Ju Yeo Jeong, “Golbanggi” said, “As the criminal must be released from prison, or Ju Yeo Jeong must go to prison in order for him to take revenge, it seems that this character will become entangled in a bad relationship with Ha Do Yeong.”
Meanwhile, season 2 of Netflix’s “The Glory” is scheduled to be released in March 2023.
