Jang Ki-yong boasted his acting chemistry with Song Hye-kyo in SBS’s new drama “Now We Are Breaking Up”.  

At the online production presentation of SBS’s new Friday-Saturday drama “Now We Are Breaking Up” on Nov 9th, Jang Ki-yong said, “I’m still shaking over here,” adding, “Song Hye-kyo was as expected.” “Now We Are Breaking Up” is considered the most anticipated work in the second half of this year due to the collab between Song Hye-kyo and Jang Ki-yong. Song Hye-kyo and Jang Ki-yong are expected to show off their fantastic teamwork through this drama.

This is because Song Hye-kyo, who shines especially in the melodrama genre with her delicate emotional acting, and Jang Ki-yong, who draws the viewers’ emotions with his attractive eyes and voice, will work together with the romance genre that can best show their charms.

In particular, just by the preview video, Jang Ki-yong, who was born in 1992, and Song Hye-kyo, who was born in 1981, drew attention by already boasting their incredible chemistry despite the 11-year age difference. Song Hye-kyo said, “Jang Ki-yong is so polite and nice that whenever the PD and I talk about something, he listens carefully and tries to do more, which is a very healthy attitude. In “Now We Are Breaking Up”, Song Hye-kyo played the role of Ha Young-eun, head of the fashion company’s design team, a cold realist and clever stabilizer, while Jang Ki-yong played the role of Yoon Jae-guk, a freelance fashion photographer. “Now We Are Breaking Up” is a drama that depicts a sweet, spicy, sour, and bitter story written about farewell and love. The drama will premiere at 10 p.m. on November 12th.
