G-Dragon personally visited the world’s largest home appliance and IT exhibition “CES 2024” held in Las Vegas, USA on Jan 9th (local time). G-Dragon attracted attention as he departed through Incheon International Airport on Jan 5th to attend “CES 2024”.
Appearing on the first day of the opening of “CES 2024”, G-Dragon was seen visiting booths of major Korean companies, including Samsung Electronics, and exploring the exhibition hall.
This particular move by G-Dragon garnered even more attention as it marked his first official schedule since recently signing an exclusive contract with his new agency Galaxy Corporation.
On-site, G-Dragon stated, “I’ve always been interested in artificial intelligence (AI) and metaverse. Since Galaxy Corporation participated in ‘CES 2024’, I joined this schedule.“
In October 2023, G-Dragon was booked without detention on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act but vehemently denied all charges. He voluntarily attended the police investigation, underwent preliminary urine tests and precise drug assessments, all of which returned negative results. G-Dragon was ultimately cleared of charges through a non-indictment decision.
Immediately after, G-Dragon announced his exclusive contract with Galaxy Corporation and the establishment of the JUSPEACE Foundation for the eradication of drugs and the treatment of addicted youth.
