In the interview after the photo shoot, Kim Ki Hae talked about TVING’s original series “Duty After School”, in which he played Kim Chi Yeol.

Kim Ki Hae recalled, “I first encountered the original webtoon when I was in middle school. It was so fun that I remember reading it again and again. At that time, it was rare for webtoons to be made into movies or dramas, but I was such a fan that I thought I’d like to go watch it if it were made into a live action.”

He shared, “At the time of the audition, I memorized long lines because I wanted to pass. In a recent interview, when the director was asked about the reason why he cast some actors, including me, he said, ‘The most important thing was acting skills. I chose them since they acted better than anyone else.’ It was an honor for me.”

Kim Ki Hae worked with Chae Won Bin, Seo Yi Ra and Jung Ra El as “Tou 4” from Shanghai, China in “The Witch: Part 2. The Other One” (2022), the sequel to the 2018 film “The Witch: Part 1. The Subversion”.
