Here’s why BIGBANG’s fan union launched a truck protest against YG Entertainment.
BIGBANG Fan Union announced the truck protest on November 29 and released a statement saying, “YG Entertainment is not doing even the basic things that they should do as an agency”, and “We demand support for 4 BIGBANG members and management of the fandom.”
The fan union first demanded legal actions to be taken against false rumors and malicious comments, and the progress of the complaint to be disclosed. Moreover, the fans made it clear that BIGBANG had become a four-member lineup after Seungri left, and requested that BIGBANG’s official SNS and fandom be managed properly without being neglected any longer.
BIGBANG Fan Union stated, “In the long hiatus of five years, we are still waiting for the stage of 4 BIGBANG members.” They appealed for members’ birthdays and MV congratulatory uploads, as well as BIGBANG’s future activities being guaranteed by YG.
