Yoo Jae Suk makes a mistake with swear words on “Hangout with Yoo” & apologies to viewers right away

“Hangout with Yoo” members teased Yoo Jae Suk for accidentally saying a swear word on the broadcast.

The August 19th broadcast of MBC’s entertainment program “Hangout with Yoo” conducted a special episode showing the members looking for the best snacks in summer.

While checking the national snack map, Yoo Jae Suk wondered, “What’s this? When did we eat si-bbal tteokbokki?”. Hearing that, Park Jin Joo corrected Yoo Jae Suk’s mistake, saying “It’s si-bal (bowl) tteokbokki”.

The members then immediately accused Yoo Jae Suk of swearing on broadcasts, saying “It’s obviously si-bal, not si-bbal (a swear word)”. In response, Yoo Jae Suk explained, “Ah, it’s bowl. I couldn’t see it well from my view. Just a misunderstanding”

Joo Woo Jae teased Yoo Jae Suk, saying “He’s ‘Swearing’ Jae Suk”. Haha also added, “I feel so disappointed”.

Trying to explain the misunderstanding once again, Yoo Jae Suk said, “It’s not like that. Looking at the word from my position, I couldn’t see the whole word due to the lighting from this side”.

He apologized, “I’m sorry. I hope the viewers won’t misunderstand me. I didn’t intend to say that”.

However, the members continued to tease Yoo Jae Suk, saying “You should apologize to the tteokbokki for calling it si-bbal”, “Say sorry to the si-bbal (the snack)”, etc.
