Additionally, Jang Hongan exposed the attitude of another male idol. Notably, he is a former member of Wanna One, the project boy group from “Produce 101” Season 2 that disbanded in 2019.

According to Jang Hongan, a student of his had eagerly spent a considerable amount of money for a chance to speak with this idol, who was once part of Wanna One. After the call, the student sent Jang Hongan a video showing their tearful reaction.

However, these were not tears of joy from meeting their idol; they were tears of disappointment upon witnessing the true demeanor of the idol.

While the fan was enthusiastic about the call, the idol appeared disinterested, resembling someone who had just woken up, looking bored and annoyed at having to talk to a fan struggling to speak Korean.

The idol hastily uttered a dismissive “Okay, thank you, um, I’ll see you later,” before abruptly ending the call.

Reflecting on this incident, Jang Hongan remarked on the varying attitudes of K-pop idols encountered throughout his career.

While many idols are friendly and kind, there are also those who exhibit arrogance, potentially hindering their popularity among fans.
