Baek A Yeon announces pregnancy “Becoming a mom for the first time is even more wonderful and great than I thought”

On April 30th, Baek A Yeon announced her pregnancy through her SNS. It’s been 8 months since her marriage.

Baek A Yeon said, “A baby angel, like a gift to our family, has arrived.”

She continued, “I couldn’t tell you in advance, and now half of this 10-month journey has passed, so we will be able to meet the baby in 5 months. Becoming a mom for the first time is even more wonderful and great than I thought, and I have been experiencing it day by day. Mom, thank you.”

The baby’s fetus nickname is “Yong Yong”, and it’s a girl.

In the certification photos shared by Baek A Yeon, it is clearly evident that she is pregnant.

In the photos, Baek A Yeon is holding a clearly captured ultrasound photo of the fetus in one hand. She also has a maternity badge attached to her bag. Her belly also seems somewhat big.

Although it has been a long time since the end of COVID-19, she was wearing a mask, perhaps for health reasons.

Baek A Yeon went through difficult times in her childhood due to battling malignant lymphoma, even taking a leave of absence from school. She dreamed of becoming a singer in the 1st grade of middle school and eventually gained recognition by participating in SBS’s “K-pop Star”.

She debuted under JYP Entertainment in 2012. While working in the entertainment industry, she married a non-celebrity man in August last year.
