Singer Kim Jong Kook’s tweezers gym lecture was unveiled.
On Nov 24th, a video titled “K-balladers’ common physique… (Feat. Yang Da Il, Jukjae)” was uploaded on Kim Jong Kook‘s YouTube channel “Kim Jong Kook GYM JONG KOOK”.
The released video showed Kim Jong Kook teaching singer Yang Da Il, who boasts as much physical strength as he does, how to exercise.
After Kim Jong Kook’s demonstration, Yang Da Il followed. Regardless of the silence, the two focused only on exercise.
Yang Da Il proved that all exercises are real, “You have to watch his workout in reality. It’s different from the video.”
He added, “You have to experience it yourself. I don’t think many gym lovers know this taste.”
Kim Jong Kook said, “I never do it like this just because I’m filming. I always do it in this pattern. I’ve seen a lot of effects. Muscles can change when you exercise like this. Athletes come once in a while because they miss this taste.”
Yang Da Il helped viewers realize that Kim Jong Kook’s exercise method is different, “When I do it alone, things that are not that heavy usually become too heavy. So I thought the weight plate here was different.”
Kim Jong Kook told Jukjae, who was watching the filming after finishing the exercise, “You want to go home, right?” Jukjae smilingly replied, “No, I’ve never seen such a scene before.”
Kim Jong Kook, who was working out hard, said, “You need to buy an elbow protector. You always use what the gym provides.”
Viewers could feel the intensity of the exercise with Yang Da Il’s words “I won’t gain weight even if I eat pizza then sleep today.”
Yang Da Il revealed, “I exercise 363 out of 365 days. The remaining 2 days are my mother’s birthday and my birthday.” Kim Jong Kook said firmly, “Why? You can go (to the birthday party) after exercising.”
In the comments section below the video, Yang Da Il recalled that day, “As soon as the filming that day was over, I went home, ate pizza and tteokbokki then slept. My upper body was broken the next day, so I took a day off from working out.”
