A singer and actor were spotted going on a date in Gangnam together while wearing matching clothes, drawing admiration.
Tablo and Kang Hye Jung, who have been married for 15 years already, flaunted their sweet relationship by openly enjoying a date.
As his 20th debut anniversary approaches this year, Tablo appeared on “Radio Star”. Having debuted as a member of Epik High in 2003, Tablo, who flaunts a broad musical spectrum based on hip-hop and delicate literary expressions, took the lead in popularizing Korean hip-hop and became a representative artist in the Korean hip-hop scene.
Recently, Tablo, who enjoys global popularity beyond Korea, revealed that the secret to Epik High gaining worldwide recognition has to do with BTS’ Suga and RM.
“Suga and RM are like additional members of Epik High”, he said. In fact, it is known that Suga and RM, who are rappers within BTS, are longtime fans and close friends of Epik High.
During the same “Radio Star” broadcast, Tablo also mentioned his wife, actress Kang Hye Jung. It is known that the couple tied the knot just 10 months after they started dating.
Their first encounter was at an Epik High concert, where Kang Hye Jung came to watch with actor Bong Tae Gyu and their friends. As if drawn together by fate, Tablo and Kang Hye Jung quickly became close to each other due to their common interests and soon became lovers.
After starting their relationship, the two were spotted dating in Gangnam while wearing couple clothes, which led to the revelation of their dating status and the beginning of their public relationship.
After 10 months of dating, Tablo and Kang Hye Jung got married in 2009, and in 2010, they welcomed their daughter.
However, Tablo confessed that he felt a great sense of guilt when his wife Kang Hye Jung gave birth.
During his appearance on “Psick Univ” in March, Tablo opened up by saying, “I don’t know how to drive. I have never learned how to drive.”
He confessed, “When my wife was in labor, the baby was about to come out. So we had to go to the hospital, and my wife drove. I just sat next to her and kept asking, ‘Are you okay? Are you okay?'”
He then evoked laughter by saying, “I felt a lot of guilt at that time. I tried to learn how to drive later, but my wife didn’t want me to drive because I’m really bad at it.”
