Lee Mi-joo’s sad post on SNS ahead of Lovelyz’s disbandment

Lee Mi-joo expressed her feelings ahead of Lovelyz’s disbandment.

On Nov 15th, Mi-joo uploaded a photo of several cards with the group’s name “Lovelyz” written in large letters on her Instagram story and wrote “I love you”, which touched netizens’ hearts.

After debuting in Nov 2014 with its 1st full-length album “Girl’s Invasion”, Lovelyz gained great popularity through hit songs such as “Hi”, “Joyland”, “Ah-Choo”, “Destiny” and “Obliviate”. However, the group could not exceed “the seven-year curse” and is going through the process of disbanding.

Lovelyz’s exclusive contract with Woollim Entertainment will expire on Nov 16th, and seven members (Yoo Ji-ae, Seo Ji-soo, Lee Mi-joo, Kei, JIN, Ryu Su-jeong, Jung Ye-in) will leave the agency except for BabySoul.
