This actress surpassed both Kim Da-mi and BLACKPINK Jisoo to top the hot topic chart for 5 weeks straight
MBC’s Friday-Saturday drama “The Red Sleeve” topped both the TV drama hot topic chart and the cast hot topic chart.
According to the TV drama hot topic chart released by Good Data Corporation on Dec 28th, “The Red Sleeve” topped the list for 7 weeks in a row. It was followed by JTBC’s Saturday-Sunday drama “Snowdrop” and SBS’ Monday-Tuesday drama “Our Beloved Summer“.
In the cast hot topic chart, Lee Se-young and Lee Jun-ho – the leading actors of “The Red Sleeve” – continued to rank first and second in the cast hot topic chart. They were followed by “Our Beloved Summer” couple Kim Da-mi & Choi Woo-sik. Kang Hoon, who plays Hong Deok-ro in “The Red Sleeve”, drew attention as he charted at No.8.
“The Red Sleeve” is a sad court romance drama between the king who chooses his responsibility to his country over his love, and the court lady who is willing to protect the life she chose. It airs at 9:50 PM every Friday and Saturday.
