RIIZE Rose to 2nd Place In February Boy Group Brand Reputation, Falling Behind SEVENTEEN

The Korean Business Research Institute measured 53,831,342 boy group brand big data from Jan. 10, 2024 to Feb. 10, 2024, analyzing participation, media, communication, and community indices for boy group brands through consumer behavior analysis. Compared to the brand big data of 62,649,153 in January, it decreased by 14.07%.

In February 2024, TOP 30 boy group brand reputation was analyzed in the order of SEVENTEEN, RIIZE, The Boyz, BTS, NCT, EXO, Super Junior, Stray Kids, ZEROBASEONE, BTOB, SHINee, B1A4, ENHYPEN, INFINITE, TVXQ, ASTRO, MONSTA X, TREASURE, ATEEZ, Pentagon, WINNER, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, Wanna One, VIXX, 2PM, SF9, BOYNEXTDOOR, CRAVITY, GOT7, and HIGHLIGHT.

SEVENTEEN’s brand, which topped the boy group brand reputation, was analyzed at 5,896,081 with the participation index of 578,414, media index of 1,930,465, communication index of 1,497,026, community index of 1,890,176. Compared to the brand reputation index of 6,157,072 in January, it fell 4.24%.

In second place, RIIZE was analyzed to be 4,255,165 in the brand reputation index. The Boyz brand ranked third with the brand reputation index 3,263,313.

Koo Chang-hwan, head of the Korean Business Research Institute, said, “SEVENTEEN’s brand, which topped the list of big data analysis in February 2024, had high scores of ‘record, confirm, donate’ in the link analysis. In the keyword analysis, ‘Nana Tour, Encore Tour, Japan Records Association’ had high scores. In the analysis of positive and negative ratios, the positive ratio was 84.72 percent.”

RIIZE, which debuted on Sept. 4 last year, made senior boy groups nervous by ranking second in the latest survey. RIIZE rose to No. 8 in December last year and No. 4 in January this year, before rising to No. 2 in February.
