Netizens Defend Kim Ji-won Against Claims of “Stealing Fame” from Han So-hee
As actress Kim Ji-won was accused of stealing fame from Han So-hee amid the latter’s controversies, netizens were baffled.
Actress Kim Ji-won has experienced a strong rise in popularity recently, partly due to the success of her latest K-drama, “Queen of Tears”.
However, as Kim Ji-won was selected to become the next model following Han So-hee for a famous alcohol brand, accusations of Kim Ji-won stealing fame from Han So-hee and taking advantage of the latter’s recent controversies started to emerge.
Upon seeing these accusations, however, netizens were baffled and started to defend Kim Ji-won. A topic regarding this was published on the Korean forum Pann Nate, and has garnered over 50,000 views after one day.
