KBS 2TV’s new Monday-Tuesday drama “The Matchmakers” (written by Ha Soo-jin/directed by Hwang Seung-gi and Kim Soo-jin), with a total of 16 episodes, will hit home theaters at 9:45 PM on Oct 30th.

the Matchmakers

“The Matchmakers” is a historical rom-com drama that tells about a young widow and a widower who married the princess meeting and conducting a matchmaking operation during the Joseon Dynasty. Young widow Jung Soon-deok (Cho Yi-hyun) joins forces with widower Shim Jung-woo (Rowoon) to arrange marriages for 4 Joseon representative women.

“The Matchmakers” is Rowoon’s first drama after leaving boy group SF9, so interest is already focused on what kind of image he will show.
