Netflix drops main poster for “Jung_E”, which features an A.I. robot with the face of a goddess Korean actress

Netflix recently unveiled the main poster for director Yeon Sang Ho’s new film “Jung_E”.

“Jung_E” tells the story of developing combat AI robots by cloning the legendary mercenary Jung_E’s brain when war breaks out in the shelter built for human survival because Earth is no longer habitable due to climate change. 

The released main poster shows three characters against the backdrop of the crisis that is threatening the future of mankind. The appearance of the A.I combat robot and the face of the female mercenary in the middle of the picture catches the eyes of netizens. 

Introducing the images of the main cast, Kang Soo Yeon (as AI research institute team leader Seohyun), Kim Hyun Joo (as Jung_E) and Ryu Kyung Soo (as head of the research institute Sang Hoon), “Jung_E” stimulates movie fans’ curiosity about the narrative of each character, and how human will use the A.I robot.

The poster alone already gives off a sense of spectacular cinematic fun. Director Yeon Sang Ho also emphasized that there would also be interesting stories and in-depth messages.

The director added, “‘Jung_E” contains unexpectedness in relationships, and in the changes from a human to a non-human. I hope it will make you think about whether only humans have humanity”. 

Made by “D.P” and “Hellbound” production company Climax Studio, Netflix’s movie “Jung_E” is raising high expectations. It is scheduled to premiere on January 20th, 2023.
