May Girl Group Brand Reputation: No.3 NewJeans, No.2 IVE, and No.1 Goes to…

The anticipated rankings of May Girl Group Brand Reputation have been unveiled. 

On May 14th, the Korean Reputation Research Institute announced the ranking of May Girl Group Brand Reputation. This ranking is based on the analysis of 58.33 million pieces of big data for girl group brands from April 14th to May 14th.


According to the results, BLACKPINK showed remarkable popularity by taking 1st place and surpassing IVE in 2nd place, NewJeans in 3rd place, LE SSERAFIM in 4th place.

BLACKPINK (brand reputation index 3,674,978) claimed 1st place with a slight lead over 2nd place IVE (5,952,401) and 3rd place NewJeans (4,832,782).


In the link analysis of BLACKPINK’s brand, ‘being listed, revealed, breakthrough’ ranked the highest, and in the keyword analysis, ‘aircraft, concert, Guinness World Records’ ranked the highest. The analysis of positive/negative ratio for BLACKPINK’s brand showed a positive ratio of 91.98%.


In the TOP 30 of the May Girl Group Brand Reputation, BLACKPINK is followed by IVE, NewJeans, LE SSERAFIM, aespa, TWICE, (G)I-DLE, Apink, NMIXX, Oh My Girl, Girls’ Generation, Red Velvet, Cignature, H1-KEY, Mamamoo, WJSN, fromis_9, Girl’s Day, Kep1er, StayC, Dreamcatcher, Billlie EXID, ITZY, LABOUM, LOONA, WOOAH, April, Mimi Rose, and Dream Note.
