Lee Yi-kyung To Make 180-Degree Transformation In New Drama Following “Marry My Husband” Success

Lee Yi-kyung is appearing in tvN’s ongoing Mon-Tue drama “Marry My Husband” as the trash husband Park Min-hwan. Not only did he portray the bad behaviors of the character perfectly, the actor also added his signature witty charms to make viewers laugh.

Lee Yi-kyung’s next project is Channel A’s new drama “Marry YOU”. This is a mediation romance about the struggles of Jung Ha-na (Jo Soo-min), a single civil servant who becomes engaged in the “marriage manipulation team” in order to make the marriage of Bong Chul-hee (Lee Yi-kyung), a confirmed bachelor who meets all the criteria to avoid marriage, happen.

In this series, Lee Yi-kyung will take on the role of Bong Chul-hee, a perfect all-rounder who can do everything. The actor raises fans’ expectations as he will transform into a character completely different from his previous roles.

In addition to Lee Yi-kyung, “Marry YOU” also stars iKON’s Goo Jun-hoe, Jo Soo-min and Ji Yi-soo. The drama is in production with the aim to air in the first half of this year.
