Han So-hee Believed There Was Only Comradeship Between Her And Park Seo-joon In “Gyeongseong Creature”

Actress Han So-hee said she felt like a “comrade” to actor Park Seo-joon

On December 19th, a press conference for the Netflix drama “Gyeongseong Creature” was held in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

Han So-hee, who played the role of Yoon Chae-ok, explained that she felt like it was a “comrade relationship” with Jang Tae-sang (played by Park Seo-joon) while the two went through all kind of difficulty together.

“Gyeongseong Creature” is an action thriller drama set in the spring of 1945, when the darkness was the strongest, in which two young people, who were all about survival, struggled with monsters born out of human greed.

Han So-hee said that there was a lot of action acting, and that it was difficult not to get hurt on the set. Because of this, she recalled her character often meeting Park Seo-joon’s while being injured in the drama, and that she had no choice but to restrain the romantic side of the story.

Han So-hee added that there are things that Yoon Chae-ok and Jang Tae-sang have to protect from each other. “I was able to feel various emotions such as friendship and fellowship while the two overcoming difficult situations together, regardless of the romantic stereotypes between women and men.”

At the end of the press conference, Han So-hee said that all of the actors and staff worked hard for “Gyeongseong Creature” and hoped that viewers would enjoy it.

Meanwhile, “Gyeongseong Creature” consists of 2 seasons. Season 1 will be released for the first time on Netflix on the 22nd and will have 10 episodes. Filming is said to have ended in September, and for season 2, no releasing announcement has been made yet.
