After EXO’s Sehun announced his enlistment, Baekhyun consoled fans with touching words
On December 13, EXO’s Sehun announced that he will be enlisting in the military on December 21, and shared a handwritten letter addressed to fans.
Upon seeing Sehun’s letter, EXO’s Baekhyun appeared on the fan communication platform Bubble to soothe fans’ hearts with his touching messages.
In particular, Baekhyun wrote, “Sehun’s letter about his enlistment has been published… EXO-Ls (fans of EXO) must be feeling sad, but Sehun and all of us (EXO members) are all thinking about EXO and EXO-Ls. Let’s hold a huge party together when we meet again. Please leave a lot of messages to show support for Sehun!”
The male idol also followed up with more touching words by sending another message which said, “I understand that you are feeling sad and not wanting him to go. During my enlistment, I secretly read messages that you guys sent. I also watched a lot of solo stages and stages of EXO on YouTube. Sehun will miss you guys a lot, and Jongin (real name of EXO’s Kai) too. Let’s send them messages of well-wishes on a positive note”.
Upon seeing Baekhyun’s reassuring words, a lot of fans feel touched and express their feelings on social media, with some describing the messages like “a huge hug to fans” and others wishing for Sehun’s safe return.
