Former f(x) member Amber finished 2nd place in the Chinese audition program “Sisters Who Make Waves Season 4”.
On July 23rd, Amber made a long post on her SNS account expressing her feelings after finishing Season 4 of MangoTV’s audition program “Sisters Who Make Waves”, also called “Cheng Feng 2023”. She said, “Wow… I really can’t say how much these last 4 months have changed my life.”
She continued, “I walked into Cheng Feng in the mindset of wanting to challenge myself and to get out of my comfort zone. I know I’ve said it a lot but I was really scared!! But I won’t let fear stop me. I walk away from this show with confidence and with the love and support of all my sisters”.
Amber did not forget to thank her colleagues, saying “I’ll never forget the countless nights we’ve stayed up practicing and all the fun we had being stupid and joking around.”
She added, “It’s a bittersweet ending but I will continue to be the best musician and performer that I can be and share my music with everyone.”
Finishing 2nd place in “Cheng Feng 2023”, Amber will join an 11-member project girl group and carry out group activities. She also plans to hold “Amber 2023 Tour Road No More Sad Songs” in China this August.
