However, Cho Yi-hyun’s innocent and youthful image seemed somewhat distant from the character. Additionally, the heavy eye makeup and colorful Hanbok for the double life seemed mismatched and awkward. People criticized that it does not suit Cho Yi-hyun, who looks like a teenager, to play the role of a widowed lady who has experienced the world’s ups and downs.
This is even more regrettable as Cho Yi-hyun, who has had no previous controversies about her acting skills, was hailed as a “monster rookie” and received great critical acclaim for her roles in “All of Us Are Dead”, “Hospital Playlist” and “My Country: The New Age”.
