BTS Suga’s second collaboration single with IU “People Pt. 2” will be released today (April 7th)

Music fans are looking forward to BTS Suga and IU’s new collaboration song that will be unveiled today.

Suga will introduce the pre-release song “People Pt.2 (feat. IU)” from his solo album “D-DAY” under his stage name Agust D at 1 p.m. (KST) on April 7th.

“D-DAY” is the finale of ‘Agust D’ trilogy (a three-part series), following his previous mixtapes “Agust D” (2016) and “D-2” (2020), released under the name Agust D. Suga participated in writing, composing, and producing all of the songs to express Agust D’s emotions and his own sincere stories.

The pre-release track “People Pt.2 (feat. IU)” is a pop R&B genre with a boom-bap rhythm featuring the clear voice of IU. It expresses the constantly repeating relationships between people and emotions that arise from such relationships felt by Agust D in his own way.

The music video for “People Pt.2 (feat. IU)” will also be released along with the song. The MV is expected to perfectly portray the overall mood of the song with a relaxed and calm atmosphere and shows how Suga is fully immersed in his music production.
