This overseas fan said she took a photo with Hyun Bin… but Song Joong Ki suddenly appeared

A photo released by a woman who said she met and took a photo with Hyun Bin has become a hot topic. 

On December 8th (local time), Singaporean Chinese media Lian He Zao Bao (联合早报) reported the story of a woman who met a famous Korean star in Bali, Indonesia on December 6th.

In particular, the woman, A, claimed that she met K-drama actor Hyun Bin by chance while attending a friend’s wedding in Bali, Indonesia. 

According to A, she doesn’t watch Korean dramas, but has seen “Crash Landing on You” a few times, so she instantly recognized the actor and started talking to him. The two talked for about 20 minutes and took a picture together.

To brag to her friends, A posted a photo with “Hyun Bin” on social media.

However, as the photo was published, netizens were confused, seeing that the person in the photo was not Hyun Bin at all. Instead, it was Song Joong Ki that appeared in the picture. 

On December 7th, Song Joong Ki visited Singapore to promote the drama “Reborn Rich”. Previously on the 5th, he was known to have visited Bali to attend a wedding. It seems that this is the same wedding A went to, and she has mistaken Song Joong Ki to be Hyun Bin.

Afterwards, the woman learned the truth, and reposted her photos on Instagram again, this time having fixed the caption into “I met Song Joong Ki at a friend’s wedding”. 

Hearing about the story, netizens got a good laugh and left comments such as, “I wonder what they talked about for 20 minutes”, “She was so lucky and yet..”, and “I can’t believe she couldn’t tell Hyun Bin and Song Joong Ki apart.”
